We provide each one of our clients with detailed training on all the features of Hippo. Training is provided either from our in-house technical support staff or through our partnership with accredited technical institutions which can be performed locally or remotely at your facilities. In addition to the core training, we offer all clients additional training in the areas of:

After your initial setup, Hippo provides ongoing customization, data management and technical support to ensure the continuous quality of your Hippo environment. This management and support are included in your monthly license fee.
